New management in Linedata's Asset Management Division

Paris - Linedata Services has announced today the appointment for an interim period of Mr Michael de Verteuil, Head of the International Development, as General Manager of the Asset Management business thus replacing Mr Pascal Xatart who will shortly leave the Linedata Services Group.
Moreover, Linedata Services’ Supervisory Board has appointed two new members to the Linedata Services Executive Board: Mr Aissa Azzouzi, Chief Financial Officer, and Mr Michael de Verteuil who will join Mr Anvaraly Jiva, Chairman of the Executive Board and Mr Yves Stucki, Head of Strategy.
Linedata Services will communicate its 2006 revenues on February 13th, 2007 after the Stock exchange.
