Linedata Services extends its offer for FMC

Linedata Services announced today, following an appeal launched by Stamos Katotakis of the Judgement made on February 8th 2005 by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and an order issued by the Court of Appeal for Ontario staying that Judgment pending the appeal, that they have extended the expiry time of their offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of Financial Models Company Inc. until 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on February 25, 2005. The appeal will be heard by the Court of Appeal for Ontario on February 22, 2005.
